1 on 1 Private Sessions
Our 1:1 sessions are designed to accelerate technical development and skill mastery. Players get constant touches on the ball - even in the warm-ups. This is designed to build comfort and control with the ball, and confidence from the very start. Sessions begin with ball-work focused on ball mastery using different surfaces of the feet and then can progress into position-specific training such as finishing, first touch, long balls, heading, and more. Every session is customized to the individual player’s needs, goals, and style of play.
Small-Group Sessions
Our small group sessions (2-6 players) follow the same core philosophy as our private training, with added focus on collaboration, game-like application, and decision-making. Training is tailored to the group’s overall skill level and any shared goals they’d like to work toward.
In this setting, players take the technical skills often developed in 1:1 training and apply them to realistic game situations, including pressure, movement, communication, and problem-solving. Small groups are an essential part of player development because they allow athletes to experiment, take risks, and grow their game in a supportive environment, while still receiving personalized feedback.
Mental Performance Training
We help athletes train their minds, their perception of the world and their way of thinking. Whether it is refraining how we view mistakes, building confidence, or helping athletes who are dealing with injury, a majority of our players benefit from mental skills training. We believe mental training is equally as important, if not more so, than physical training. Our aim is to help athletes optimize performance by giving them tools they can apply on and off the field to keep them navigate, obstacles, sports and their life outside the game.
Game Film Review
Have a Summit Trainer review game footage with you via Zoom! Film review is a great way to help players gain positional understanding and increase their tactical IQ of the game. It also allows players to see what they are doing well and what they can improve on in terms of technique, spatial awareness and decision making.
Online Programming
