In Person Sessions:

We know how hard you’re all working this fall, and we’re excited to support your development every step of the way! We’re thrilled to announce that both private and group training sessions are available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our weekday schedule includes private sessions on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

  • Wednesday & Thursday:

    • Privates with Mariel

  • Saturdays & Sundays:

    • Privates with Natalie and Mariel

  • Saturday:

    • 9am: Middle School Group w/ Rachel Duranwood

    • 10am: High School Group w/ Rachel Duranwood
